Jakarta Minister for Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform (Menpan& BR) EE. Mangindaan said it was 8 years salary increases are notstate officials. This study therefore raises officials continue simmering.
Mangindaan said the current plan to increase salaries of state officialsare still in process at the Ministry of Finance to determine the amount of the increase. According to him, officials salary increases following the increase in salaries of civil servants and members of the TNI /police.

"Not (magnitude), still in the Ministry of Finance when it comes to the numbers but the evaluation of fixed salary to do. But if the number ison Kemenkeu talk," he said when met at the Ministry of FinanceBuilding Dhanapala, Wahidin Jalan Raya, Jakarta, Wednesday (20 / 4 / 2011).

"In accordance with the demands of rising prices and so on then the civil servants who have gone up as well, officials do not yet, already 8-9 years has not increased, we consider it in line with the increase incivil servant salaries. We basically for employees, officers should not be smaller than the civil servant salary but not too big, "he explained.

In addition, Mangindaan said, because 8 years is not official salaryincrease, to the extent that the minister lost his salary higher than thesalary of civil servant subordinates.

"That's the percentages that civil servants have gone up so many,already 5 years increased so there is only one minister smaller salarythan he had a deputy because state officials prefer others, the menfirst," he concluded.
