Proposing Lower Interest Credit Card

Jakarta - Indonesian Credit Card Association (Akki) along with Bank Indonesia (BI) is discussing standardization of credit card billing after the death of Citibank credit card customers Irzen Octa and the Parliament's decision to fix the rule. In addition to discussing the code of conductterkait credit card billing scheme, Akki also proposes a decrease credit card interest. 

This was conveyed by General Manager Steve Akki Martha while talking in Jakarta, Wednesday (20/04/2011)."In fact, BI has long encouraged a decrease in credit card interest rates so as not to strangle the customer. Well, we ask that at this time, and not also related to the case of the death of one of customers' credit card banks," said Steve.Credit card interest, currently at 3-4% is considered high enough so that many customers who end up in arrears. Steve said that credit card interest is possible to go down to 2-3%."Yes it is possible to 2-3%.
